UN Morally Bankrupt-Example Umpteen

UNAidUN to give $290 million on a welter of programs to one of the world’s most tyrannical regimes, North Korea.  Nothing like propping up a government so they can continue to oppress their own people and threaten the world.  Read More Here.

A NJ judge refused to issue the permanent restraining order because under Sharia law, this Muslim husband had a “right” to rape his wife.  The trial court allowed the testimony of an Imam to be entered so that his account of Sharia’s standards could supercede the standards set by the New Jersey legislature. The truth is that imposition of Sharia law in the United States, especially when mixed with a perverted sense of political correctness, poses a danger to civil society.  Read More Here.

  • Vacations & Other Disasters
In October 2007 our family went to Orlando and visited the Disney parks:  Magic Kingdom (two days), Epcot, MGM (Hollywood) Studios, Animal Kingdom, Downtown Disney, Quest and Blizzard Beach.  We stayed at the Disney resort, Port Orleans.  This was our first family vacation and it was wonderful.  Not only were we blessed with perfect weather, I can’t express enough how wonderful the staff at every level, at all of the Disney properties, were.  In today’s world we have been programmed not to expect good service, let alone, friendly service.  This is not true at Disney.  Not only did the Disney staff (every last person I encountered) seem really eager to help, but were helpful, friendly and even smiled…yes…smiled.  Dare I say…cared?  I think so! We now fast forward to our second family vacation…sort of.  Ron’s company had their convention at the Disney resort The Dolphin and my daughter and I tagged along.  While he slaved away for five days my daughter and I shopped (at Downtown Disney), swam (at the hotel), played (at Quest-LOVE that place) and spent one day at Magic Kingdom.  Then, when his duties were over, we all spent one day at Sea World and two days at Universal (where the disaster began-insert spooky music here).
